He should be BE(Mech) with 10 years of experience /DME with 15 years experience in the field of Application Engineering and having in depth knowledge on the Solid Carbide Tool Biz. |

| Responsibilities |

Establish the Solid CarbideTool Biz in domestic market on PAN India basis with a team of Application Engineers and increase the customer base. He must be strong enough to convert any biz opportunity into a positive enquiry. Motivate and train the team of Application Engineers and effectively drive them on PAN India basis with apt technical guidance in order to get the successful entry with the targeted customers. Fix and execute the number of trials to be organized by the team of Applicationn Engineers per month and ensure the more number of successful trials. Focus on CPC basis and make a positive entry in all consumption pockets. Maintain a team-oriented working environment that promotes a high level of personal commitment and accountability and a continued focus on quality and efficiency. Create and implement engineer development plans to create a strong technical team and mentor. Coordinate with plant on the customer need and get the right tool from plant. Market intelligence on targeted biz is a must. He needs to travel PAN India and he should be good in decision making and good in analysis, communicating assertively. Position report to biz head. Candidates who are interested to have long term career plan can apply for this position. Healthy remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate. |
