Dy. Manager - HR.

Educational Qualification :  MBR-HR / MHRM  

Industrial Experience       :  8 to 12 years in Engineering industry.

Age                                    :  32 to 37 years.

Salary (CTC)                     :  6 to 8 Lakh per annum

Core Experience           : He should have a sound knowledge on

1)   IR & Labour Laws ( Negotiation with Unions, Experience on long term settlements, Disciplinary actions, issuing charge sheets etc.).

2)   Statutory Compliance ( good understanding about the Governments statutory requirements and should have sound logistics with govt. departments like APPCB, Factories dept, Labour dept Explosive licensing etc.)

3)  Good knowledge on Employee relation to improve employee morale through total employee involvement in various activities like Suggestion scheme, QCC, & conducting Out bound programs.
