Position ; Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Educational Qualification : DME / BE / B.Tech /

Industrial Experience : 2 to 4 years in Engineering industry.

Salary (CTC) : 2.5 to 4 Lakh per annum

Job Description:

He should have good knowledge on Quality Management system, TS16949 requirements. Should have good knowledge on conducting Internal Quality Audits, Process Audits & Vendor audits.

Good command on preparing audit schedules, compiling audit reports and coordinate with other department to close the corrective actions in time. Basic knowledge on presentation skills/power point&excell usage etc.is essential.

Basic knowledge on working in SAP –PP module is required. Basic knowledge on TQM concept is essential.

2	Ensure timely completion of Manufacturing Process Audit; and internal audits for QMS and TQM	Draw up annual internal audit schedule Coordinate the audit, Compile audit report and follow up on corrective action required, and ensure closure of the corrective actions Knowledge of Product and Manufacturing Process Knowledge of Quality Management Systems & Audit Process (IQA / Supplier / Sub- Contractor / Process) Planning & Execution Skills Knowledge of Product and Process Knowledge of TQM Process Discipline Ownership
3	Prepare documentation for QRM & TQM and provide plant level data to Corporate Quality	Compile plant data in prescribed formats in time for meetings Control and monitor the Quality Gates in SAP Team work Coordination Skills Presentation Skills Communication skills Knowledge of SAP- QM Module
4	Ensure DRM practices in all areas	Participate in Shop Floor DRMs and thereby ensure the purpose and Quality participation of all the members Ensure Gap Analysis and PDCA are carried out by the Module Leaders Knowledge of TQM Team work Collaboration Coordination skill Communication skill Inter personal skills Analytical & Problem solving skills
