JOB DESCRIPTION- DY. MANAGER/ MANAGER – PLANT ENGINEERING.

 Educational Qualification : Diploma with min. 10 years exp. / B.Tech

                                             Mech. with 6 to 9 yeas exp.                                                

Age                                    : 30 to 37 years.

Industry preference         : Automobile spare parts manufacturing Industries / Light Engg. Industries / Aero Space Industries.

Salary (CTC)                       : 8 to 10 Lakh per annum. (negotiable)

Selection Preference       : AP, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hosur.

Core Experience             : He should have a sound knowledge on

                                            Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance.

                                             Preventive & Predictive maintenance.

                                                Should have very good analytical ability.

                                             Sound knowledge on TPM, ISO 14001 & TS

                                             16949 systems.

                                             Good knowledge on Utility services.

                                             Good Liaisining & Negotiation skills

                                            Team work & Interpersonal skills.

                                             Good knowledge on SAP - MM Module.

  • Encourage Engineers / Technicians to participate in TEI especially in QITs. Drive QCCs through the Module In-charges
