Position Summary

The candidate should be responsible and accountable to take care of HR / Admin Generalist domain including all spectrums of Human Resources Development & Management. Should be responsible to work effectively with Cross functional teams to bring in the effective Organizational Culture in place. Should be able to strongly deploy 100% statutory Compliance systems in place.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  •          EnsuringCasual Manpower for production& other departments.
  •          Ensuring Contractor's Monthly Statutory Audit.
  •          Tracking the Contractor’s  Statutory Adherence& its follow up activities .
  •          Adhering Contractor’s safety.
  •          Follow-up & Processing bills.
  •          Analysing the Headcount Requirements based on Attrition / Production Volumes.
  •          Updating the Polytechnic / ITI Institution Data Base periodically
  •          Creating Pool of Diploma Freshers as per our Eligibility criteria to meet out Seasonal Exits
  •          Organizing Candidates for the Interview,Conducting the Interview along with Functional Head
  •          Pre Employment Medical Check up & Follow up to get the reports
  •          Intimation to Selected Candidates & the Placement Officer on the Joining Date.
  •          Joining formalities (Joining Kit, Statutory Forms, Compliance Questionnaire & Employee Handbook Ackngmt)
  •          Back Ground Verification& getting the reports with in short span
  •          Organization Announcement / Introduction to All Functional Heads
  •          HR Induction (Deputy Mgr & above - by HR Mgr / Asst. Mgr & below - by Senior Executive HR)
  •          Updating New Joiners Declaration in ESI online for Temporary Identification Number.
  •          Email / Desktop / Laptop / ICE / JDE Requirements form - submission to IT
  •          Training Need Analysis to be received from the HOD as an outcome of the Yearly Evaluation.
  •          Preparation of Training Calendar (for Hourly & Salaried)
  •          Training Calendar Updation
  •          Receiving Training Feedback Forms & Training Evaluation Forms
  •          Availing Adhoc Approval (Training Brochure Preparation) from BOAT / Vocational Training Centre
  •          Circulation of Appraisal forms to functional heads .Collecting & Consolidating the Ratings -"Exceeds or  Meets or Needs Improvement"
  •          Ensure ontime completion of Hourly Performance Appraisals
  •          Employee Treatment Coordination
  •          Ensuring Annual Medical Checkup for all employees.
  •          Maternity benefit Coordination
  •          Rectifying deviations as per IF Inspection Report , NOC if any
  •          Updation of Respective area expenses in Forecast Tracker
  •          Bills relating to HR & Admin Submission to Finance on time
  •          Based on requirements availing Quotes & Raising Purchase Requests
  •          Organizing / Coordination for Events
  •          Facilitating  Transportation, Canteen & Grievance committee meetings monthly once to sort out the queries.
  •          Handling Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
  •          Monitoring canteen –Ordering, Report verification & closing of bills on monthly basis.

Education & Experience

  •          Minimum  5  - 6 years of experience in HR Generalist Domain.
  •          Preferably  from manufacturing sector.
  •          Master Degree –MBA, MLM, MSW.
  •          Those Who completed their Master degree by distance education – can be considered based on his potential.
  •          Prefer male candidate as it requires travelling & extended hours of working
  •          Should be thorough in using MS Office that to especially MS Excel (Advanced Proficiency)
