Educational Qualification:  MBR-HR / MHRM  

Industrial Experience       :  1.5 to 4 years in Engineering industry

 

Skills                              :   Should have good knowledge in SAP – Training,

                                            Good command over conducting training for

                                            (Operator skill training & competency based

                                            training for staff.) Good communication &

                                            presentation skills.  Good knowledge on

                                           Conducting fun at work games, improving the

                                           Appreciation culture. Good command on

                                          recruitment process.  Good knowledge on HR

                                          policies, Out Bound programs etc.
